In the season of good will and charity, we wanted to take a look back at all the ways we help support our local community.

DCTC

Superior Service Center has proudly partnered with the Dakota County Technical College for many years. Our owner, Dan, is on the Advisory Board (Mechanical and Collision) DCTC, Dunwoody and Rosemount High School. Superior supports them with shop tours, equipment, vehicles to repair/train on, and help with sponsoring events. We’ve also found many of our talented interns through the school.

Rick’s Bike Sale

One of our favorite yearly events, we have sponsored this sale for many years and helped put it together. Rick’s Bike Sale was started to help raise money for multiple local nonprofits. The organizers ask the community to donate their bikes, volunteers fix them up, and then they use those donations to put on a bike sale. All proceeds go to Kids n’ Kinship, a mentoring program for youth, and DART, an organization dedicated to connecting older adults to essential resources.

The Open Door Pantry

Superior is an annual partner of this local nonprofit, and we service all their vehicles free of charge. Their mission, focused on the Twin Cities metro, is to end hunger through a variety of programs that help connect thousands of individuals and families in need of food.

The Link

Superior is an annual sponsor of this local nonprofit. They focus on youths experiencing homelessness in the Twin Cities, youth in the juvenile justice system, and youth victims of sex trafficking.

Eagan Community Foundation Scholarship

Superior has proudly hosted a scholarship with the Eagan Community Foundation since 2013. Every year, a student is awarded our scholarship to help them afford their higher education.

Minnesota’s Race for Automotive Education

A fundraiser for the AASP-MN Automotive Education Fund, this event provides grants to students looking to enter automotive programs. Superior proudly invests in our local community and future automotive techs by supporting this event.

Jack’s Basket

Superior supports this amazing organization that celebrates babies with down syndrome. This nonprofit focuses on providing new and expectant parents with resources to support their babies with down syndrome.

Superior Service Center knows the value of giving back to your local community, and we encourage others to give when they can as well, whether that’s through donations or volunteering. If you have auto repair needs, stop by our Eagan or Apple Valley location for expert auto repair work you can trust.
